There is a great need for the Gospel in our country, where the first generation of born-again Christians is beginning. The number of churches and believers are small. We are grateful to the Lord for everything He does in our lives and in the ministry we do for Him. As in many Balkan countries, the departure of young people from our country is very popular, even among young Christians. We believe that it is God’s call for us to stay in Bosnia–Herzegovina and to serve right where we are because our people need Salvation, our children need to know who their true Saviour is.

We are happy to have the opportunity to serve as CEF workers by holding regular Good News Clubs, organizing winter and summer camps, excursions and various workshops and sports activities. Through our ministry, we have established good contact with many children and we have built trust with parents. That encourages us! We love seeing that children still want to listen and learn about Christ! The families we serve live in very difficult conditions. Many parents of children sometimes are not able to pay for summer or winter camp because they don’t have enough money to buy food and it hurts us when we are not able to help them with the basic needs of life. But we believe that God loves them and that He chose us to convey the message of love, hope, and peace that comes only from Christ. We believe that He will provide for them everything they need and that He will provide for children, who cannot afford the camp, to be present at the camp this year.

Last year, the number of children who were under the regular influence of God’s word was 80. The number of children reached through special clubs was 650 children. The number of Children and teenagers who attended summer and winter camps was 120. The number of copies of children’s literature distributed to children is 1,530.

The yearly sum needed to work with children in Bosnia-Herzegovina is €8,000. If you want to be part of the ministry, you can send a donation for the following:

€40 for one child to go to camp.

€10 for one child to go on a one-day excursion.

€5 for one child to attend weekly Good News Clubs.
