Will you join us in our mission to reach the children of Denmark?

In 1947, Minnie Larsen from CEF in the USA came to Denmark and started the Evangelical Children’s Mission. She married Henry Eskelund, and together they led the organization for many years.

For a few years, we have had no CEF ministry in Denmark, and we are now designating it as a country of focus. This means we are praying and planning to officially recommence ministry there.

Our prayer now is that we can have a team of workers who will train, equip and support the local church in the important work of child evangelism and discipleship.

We are meeting monthly on Zoom to pray and to plan some steps forward. We believe this is a worthwhile project that can make a huge impact on the church and children of Denmark, but we need your help!

How you can help:

Through financial contributions  –

we can produce a website to share the vision and promote  the work. We have many solid Biblical training courses and also effective teaching materials in English which we could begin to make available to churches and teachers. It may also be helpful to have them translated in Danish for wider use.

We are praying about the need for local workers and so financial support is needed to ‘employ’  workers and to keep them there.

Pray 

that God will go ahead and prepare many believers with the Lord’s heart for the evangelism of children. Pray for church partnerships across Denmark. According to Ephesians 6:12 we are in a spiritual battle. Pray the Lord will call some to fulltime ministry. Your prayers are very much needed. Thank you!
