My name is Miruška Čemlik, and for more than 25 years I have served as a missionary from Serbia with Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) in Montenegro. God has given me the privilege of ministering to children, teenagers, families, and churches throughout the country.
For many years, I traveled to ministry activities by bus, train, taxi, or simply on foot. Whether it was a Good News Club, Sunday School, seminar, church ministry, or another opportunity to reach children, God always provided a way for me to get there.
Several years ago, our CEF team in Montenegro was able to purchase a car for ministry. It has served us faithfully for thousands of kilometers, but it is now very old. Late last year, I was also involved in a traffic accident when another driver hit the car. Thankfully, it could be repaired, but the accident highlighted the need for a safer and more reliable vehicle.
My ministry requires regular travel to different places throughout Montenegro, often carrying ministry materials and equipment. At the same time, the needs of our Montenegro team have grown. My teammates have a growing family and their own ministry responsibilities, which means that sharing one vehicle is no longer a practical long-term solution.
The Need
After seeking advice, we are looking to purchase a reliable used vehicle for approximately €15,000 (about $16,700).
God has already provided €1,500 — 10% of the total amount needed.
We are praying for God to provide the remaining €13,500.
Would you consider praying for this project and perhaps becoming part of God’s provision?
Individuals, families, churches, Sunday School classes, Good News Clubs, AWANA groups, and other ministry partners can participate. Every gift, regardless of its size, brings us one step closer to having a safe and dependable vehicle for ministry in Montenegro.
I am deeply thankful to God for everyone who prays for and supports this ministry. This work is not something I do alone. Through your prayers and giving, we serve together to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to children and families throughout Montenegro.
