When was the last time you heard someone say, “Will you lend me a hand!” It’s a strange expression! But for anyone who has been lent a hand they know just how valuable that help can be! Sometimes we need need “a hand” because we really can’t do it ourselves, sometimes it is because the job will take more than one person to be done right and sometimes we know that our input will result in great encouragement and motivation to keep going. Sometimes just knowing that someone is lending a hand can help us to finish the job.

The team in Kyrgyzstan need us to lend a hand. They have a small office in Bishkek (capital city) that needs some renovation work done to it. They are not major renovations, but will result in a more functional national office, better environnement for the workers who serve there and a base for the literature & training ministry.

The renovation work that needs done urgently is as follows:

Heating system & water pipe replacement.
Window replacement, roof repair, painting and general maintainence.

Our involvement in this project will be a huge help to the small team who is serving faithfully in this difficult country. Let’s “lend a hand” so that the work can be completed on the office and ministry can be continued, and the team will be blessed!

Thank you for lending a hand!
