“Ramir is a boy we met at a Holiday Bible Club. After his second summer with us in the club, he started coming to our Good News Club, then our teen club. Today he is a member of our church and is ministering to many boys and girls in the kids’ and teen club.”

In Moldova there are so many similar testimonies of children who were reached through summer ministry, grew up in a Good News Club, and are leading the kids’ ministry in their local church today. Just last summer, through 42 camps, 56 Holiday Bible Clubs and 11 Open Air 5-Day Clubs, we reached 5,730 children and teenagers.

“This was the best camp I have ever been to. If you have a camp next summer, please put me first on the list,” Teo told us at the end of the national teen camp. “I made new friends, I had fun, but most importantly, for the first time I felt that God spoke to me, teaching me how important my relationship with Him is.”

Summer 2026 is another opportunity to reach boys and girls, children and teenagers. By the end of March, 11 Five-Day Clubs, 21 Holiday Bible Clubs and 4 camps had been planned, with more to come (not all plans have been finalised).

Each summer God gives us opportunities to impact many lives. You can be part of this wonderful ministry by:

• Praying – for children, teachers and volunteers, and for the authorisations needed to hold each event.
• Volunteering – among children, in the kitchen, or by driving.
• Giving – food, fuel, accommodation, prizes and games are just a few of the things needed. We need around €5,000.

After a Holiday Bible Club, Boris, an elder of the church in Radoaia village, told the CEF worker: “I always thought children’s ministry was just about playing with them and having fun. But after a week of volunteering — buying and providing everything needed in the kitchen for the cooked lunches — I am exhausted. I will pray for God’s power upon you for the coming events. You are doing a great ministry with a great impact.”
