Our financial support model is to share about the ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship with friends, family and the local church so that they can pray for, support financially and be involved in the ministry practically and as volunteers. We also believe that those close to the workers can have the opportunity first hand to see how God is answering their prayers and how the finances given are making a difference.
However, there are countries in Europe where this is not possible. e.g. because of war, poverty, or opposition, there are many challenges to receive support from within their own countries. However the workers are busier than ever. Children are being reached with the GOSPEL!
This amount that they need to continue ministry each month is called the SHORTFALL. It is the amount they still need after they have done all that they can do through their own friends and church contacts.
During 2024, we are praying that God will open doors and give opportunities for the Gospel. God is using shortfall support to enable CEF workers to continue their ministry in the most challenging of circumstances. We pray He will do the same in 2024.

THE CEF EUROPEAN SHORTFALL MINISTRY VISION
Currently CEF of Europe have thousands of faithful Ministry Support Partners, praying for and supporting 601 CEF National Workers in 46 countries across Europe. These partners are faithfully and generously bringing in 90 percent of what CEF Europe needs to Train, Equip and Support all 601 workers. The remaining 10 percent of the worker’s need is the SHORTFALL. In some countries there is no need, as all the support is coming in, and in others, where it is very difficult to do ministry, the need is much higher. Our prayer is that God will use us to encourage, even 1 percent, of the current CEF Ministry Partners in each of the 46 countries in Europe to support the CEF European Shortfall Ministry.
